type='text'>找到新家了!</title><content type='html'>我真的對無名忍無可忍了,每天都有不同的問題發生!!&lt;br /&gt;於是下定決心要找新家,結果皇天不負有心人,終於被我找到一個合適的家了,這個BLOG簡直就是衝著無名而來,相信無名這個禮拜的所謂"維修",會令它的客戶增加不少呢! 我就是其中之一啦!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;搬家過程十分簡單,不消十分鐘,就可以將BLOG的全部文章和回應一拼搬過去,連樣式也可以改成跟無名的一樣,非常方便好用!!其他功能還在研究當中,未知如何,暫時覺得蠻容易用. 不過相簿暫時沒有搬家服務,看來要重新上傳了,所以距離正式搬好還要一段時間呢,現在還是會兩邊一齊更新,到搬好為止.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;新的廚房: &lt;a type='text'>自家種小麥草</title><content type='html'>很久沒有更新香草園的消息,是因為上次貓貓來住,為免貓貓吃掉我的香草,就將盆栽移出去後花園,但是移出去不久後就長滿了蟲蟲,所以香草園也就此結束了.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;不過現在香草園又因為貓貓而重開了,事關Ping Pong喜歡吃新鮮小麥草,上次買了盆現成的,不過兩星期就枯黃了,很不划算,所以就決定自己種給他吃. 這次連Sunset也捧場呢,兩個都吃得很滋味!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;小麥草原來很容易種的,兩天就發芽,三天就已經長到相片中的高度,Ping Pong已經急不及待開餐了!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ping type='text'>打機的日子</title><content type='html'>相信大家也發現到,廚房最近的產量大幅下降,一方面是因為貓貓的關係,每天都有幾個小時用了來做跟貓貓有關的事情. 另一方面就是因為我迷上了打機啊,這佔用了我大部分的時間,令我都沒心思,沒時間放在廚房裡面了!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我玩的是NDS Lite,上個月才買的,有很多遊戲都很好玩,我就選擇先玩Lost in Blue. 內容就是一對男女流落荒島,要靠自己生火,找食物維生,周圍探險,找人求救. 首先由男仔的角度去玩,玩到找到回去或者求救的方法,就可以開啟由女仔的角度去玩,很有挑戰性呢! 我現在已經在玩女仔了,不過女仔只可以煮飯給男仔吃,沒有其他東西可以做,開始覺得有點悶.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;封面照&lt;br /&gt;要自己生火,捉魚/釣魚和打獵才能維生.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;現在正在玩的是Cooking Mama,早幾天才出了英文版,這個真的非常好玩,每道菜有不同的Step或者Skill,好像真的在做菜一樣,做完之後會有評分,70分以上有銅牌,80分以上有銀牌,100分才有金牌,很有趣. 不過很快就玩完了,玩了兩天已經煮過全部76道菜,不過有些還沒拿金牌,只有銀牌,要再努力呢!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;老公說我變態呢,他說"平時煮飯還不夠嗎,打機還要煮?白痴"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;封面照&lt;br /&gt;其中一道菜 - 章魚燒&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br href="http://www.wretch.cc/blog/cindyfeng99&amp;article_id=6849818"&gt;Cindy&lt;/a&gt;的介紹就已經立即想去試,不過由於路途有點遠,所以要計畫一下行程,做足準備,結果拖到今天才去試.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我一向對日式意粉情有獨鍾,因為西式/意式的意粉大都味道很濃,吃完之後,口裡面整天還有那種味道,很不舒服. Cindy的介紹果然不錯,意粉很好吃,味道又不會太濃.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我點的Carbonara - 忌廉白汁,配那個脆脆鹹鹹的煙肉,非常好味道!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;老公點的海鮮意粉(忘了名字,好像是意大利文) - 他點了加大的. 原本他想連我的那份也叫加大,好彩我沒聽他的. 最後我的那一碟吃不完要給他吃,他說還好沒叫加大,不然他也吃不完!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;吃完之後,去了附近的Marukai超市逛了一陣(跟Cindy的行程差不多呢!),不過沒甚麼收穫,然後轉戰遠一點的98cents店,買了個籃子跟坐墊,打算給Ping Pong做床鋪,怎料他卻不嘗面,寧願睡地下. 還好Sunset喜歡睡,不然就浪費囉!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ping Pong曾經做過一秒的逗留,讓媽媽我好感動喔!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spoon house&lt;br /&gt;1601 W. type='text'>豆豉炒雞</title><content type='html'>繼續嘗試亞蘇的食譜,這次是老公特別要求,所以不喜歡斬雞的我,也勉為其難斬一次吧!!&lt;br /&gt;(其實也沒有斬,主要都是用剪刀剪的!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜來源: 蘇施黃&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料：鮮雞（切件）一隻、乾蔥（原粒）十五粒、豆豉半碗、蒜頭（切碎）半碗、蛋白半隻&lt;br /&gt;醃料一：生抽、老抽、糖 適量&lt;br /&gt;醃料二：生粉、麻油、紹興酒 適量&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;製法&lt;br /&gt;1. 雞件先以醃料一略醃十五分鐘，再加入醃料二醃製&lt;br /&gt;2. 用刀柄將豆豉壓碎，再加入蒜蓉攪拌備用&lt;br /&gt;3. 乾蔥去皮，原粒落鑊炸香盛起備用&lt;br /&gt;4. 將雞件落鑊，炸至乾身，瀝乾油備用&lt;br /&gt;5. 將蒜頭豆豉落鑊爆香，加入雞件及乾蔥粒，炒香即成&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tissue心得:&lt;br /&gt;1. 這裡的乾蔥貴得驚人,所以只下了數粒.&lt;br /&gt;2. type='text'>Hokkaido Seafood Buffet</title><content type='html'>昨天收到這家新餐廳的廣告,看照片好像很吸引,價錢也公道(晚餐$20一位),還附了15% OFF的COUPON,反正還沒準備晚餐的菜,所以就立即動身去試試看!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;餐廳很大呢,我想可以坐200多人,不過稍嫌座位密了點. 可能是星期日,未到7點已經客滿了. 食物的款式也很多,大多數都很好味道,不錯不錯!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;一進去,每人就獲派一張龍蝦卷,用來換龍蝦吃,只有這個是限量,其餘都是任吃的啦!!&lt;br /&gt;決定要去試這間的原因 - 生蠔, 老公說很久沒吃過生蠔,很想吃,他說不錯,蠻新鮮的!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>Ping Pong睡相之書桌篇 (上集)</title><content type='html'>大家好! 我是Ping Pong,來了這個家已經一個月了,我最喜歡的活動就是睡覺和吃東西.我一天可以睡十多個小時,我睡覺的地方也有很多個,不過最喜歡的還是爹地的書桌!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我最喜歡的睡姿 - 用手托住頭來睡,是不是很優雅呢?!&lt;br /&gt;手累了,拿爹地的書來當枕頭吧!還有更多睡相在裡面喔!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;在紙上面一樣可以安睡!     (tissue按: 這一幅照片我很滿意,角度很好,我拍得不錯吧!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;貼住牆來睡,很涼快啊!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;有點冷了,捲起來睡吧!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;最後來個龜息大法多睡一會,就可以起來囉!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>大掃除</title><content type='html'>不知是否因為住地下的關係,家裡原本就很容易積塵(以前住香港時也不覺得有這?多塵),所以我通常一星期就會吸一次塵.&lt;br /&gt;但由於貓貓來了的關係,他們的甩毛情況實在嚇人,尤其是SUNSET(長毛貓),貓毛是一撮撮的甩下來,很恐怖!  所以現在隔天就要吸一次塵. 今天除了吸塵外,還特地抹了樓梯的塵(因為已經積了半年),是逐級逐級的抹喔.&lt;br /&gt;另外還抹了廚房和廁所的地板兼洗馬桶,真是又累又熱啊!!  不過看見家裡這?乾淨,也蠻開心的!!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' type='text'>鮑魚雞粥 (附食譜)</title><content type='html'>老公一直想吃鮑魚雞粥,之前出LA終於買了一罐鮑魚回來.  不過應該不是真鮑魚,因為鮑魚的英文應該是Abalone,但那罐的英文卻是"XX shellfish",也沒所謂啦,反正只賣$5,你也不能奢望是真鮑魚吧!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;一開罐我就聞到很腥的味道,所以我沒有吃,只吃粥. 老公未吃過鮑魚,所以沒得比較,不過他也說味道還可以.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜來源: 蘇施黃&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材 料&lt;br /&gt;鮑 魚 1 罐 （ 切 片 ）&lt;br /&gt;雞 1 隻&lt;br /&gt;米 1 碗&lt;br /&gt;薑 適 量 （ 切 絲 ）&lt;br /&gt;蔥 適 量 （ 切 粒 ）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;烹 調 步 驟&lt;br /&gt;1. 雞 清 洗 ， 出 水 ， 再 在 水 喉 下 清 潔 雞 的 內 膛 （ 出 完 水 的 雞 比 較 容 易 清 潔 ， 因 為 有 些 血 泡 、 內 臟 ， 生 的 時 候 很 難 清 潔 的 ） 。&lt;br /&gt;2. 米 清 洗 。 用 油 撈 一 撈 ， 加 些 水 浸 大 概 45 分 鐘 。&lt;br /&gt;3. 將 米 連 同 浸 米 的 油 、 水 ， 一 同 倒 入 高 身 煲 內 ， 再 加 水 ， 水 大 概 可 浸 過 整 隻 雞 。 用 大 火 煲 ， 不 用 蓋 蓋 。&lt;br /&gt;4. 粥 開 始 大 滾 ， 便 可 把 雞 放 進 去 。&lt;br /&gt;5. 半 小 時 後 ， 可 type='text'>看醫生</title><content type='html'>看醫生的不是我們,而是兩隻貓貓,這次是去覆診,Ping Pong的病情已經好多了,Sunset的下巴則還是一樣差,因為根本不能幫他塗藥啊!&lt;br /&gt;進去不夠5分鐘就檢查完,開了兩種藥,盛惠$50,錢還真容易賺呢!&lt;br /&gt;不過我們覺得那個獸醫不太用心,好像不知道他們有甚麼病,每樣都要我們問,他才答. 他唯一知道的(不用我們提醒他),就是Sunset不能碰,他也不敢直接碰他,只用雪條棒抬起Sunset的頭,檢查他的下巴. 他說Sunset的病不能醫,因為不塗藥就醫不好,他也沒辦法!&lt;br /&gt;唉! 連獸醫也沒辦法,那我們還可以做甚麼! 唯有祈禱他自己好起來吧!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;駕車去看獸醫的途中,Ping Pong在袋?面不斷哀號,聽得人好心痛啊!! 但回程時他卻一聲不哼,好像知道自己要回家呢!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;同場加映: Ping Pong "對草"記前幾天去超市買菜,順便去了寵物超市買些東西給他們,當中包括一小包貓草(catnip). type='text'>蒸水蛋 (附食譜)</title><content type='html'>記得小時候去教育營,第一次吃到蒸水蛋,覺得簡直是人間美味,整桌的同學都搶?吃,看來大家在家裡都很少吃到這個菜呢!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;後來也有叫媽媽做,不過她卻做不到教育營的水準,只能做到像蛋糕的蒸蛋.現在有蘇施黃的食譜,我終於可以做出當年的味道了,實在太好吃啦,蛋非常的滑呢!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;可惜老公不喜歡,他竟然喜歡吃那種像蛋糕的蒸蛋,還說不要再蒸這款蛋,看來下次蒸蛋要做兩款了,一款給他,一款給我.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;因為老公無肉不歡,所以加了些豬肉去蒸,但他卻不欣嘗,早知就不加豬肉,不然我的蛋就更加美觀了!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜來源: 蘇施黃&lt;br /&gt;材 料&lt;br /&gt;雞 蛋 （ 拌 勻 ， 不 要 拌 太 久 ， 起 太 多 泡 ） 4 隻&lt;br /&gt;史 雲 生 清 雞 湯 （ 411 克 或 14.5 安 士 ） 1 罐&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;烹 調 步 驟&lt;br /&gt;1. 將 雞 湯 加 入 已 拌 勻 的 蛋 ， 不 用 加 任 何 調 味 品 。&lt;br /&gt;2. 拌 勻 ， 倒 入 淺 碟 內 ， 撥 去 蛋 面 上 的 泡 沫 。&lt;br /&gt;3. 用 中 國 鑊 燒 一 鑊 水 ， 水 滾 時 將 蛋 放 入 鑊 中 蒸 七 分 半 鐘 。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;備 註 ： 一 定 要 用 中 國 鑊 及 中 國 鑊 蓋 （ 即 像 圓 形 蛋 糕 盒 形 的 蓋 ） 去 蒸 ， 這 樣 碟 與 鑊 蓋 中 間 才 有 充 足 空 間 讓 水 蒸 氣 運 行 ， 火 路 才 正 確 ， 如 用 鬼 佬 鑊 蓋 （ 即 那 些 「 幾 層 鑊 」 ） ， 由 於 碟 會 太 近 鑊 蓋 ， 「 倒 汗 水 」 type='text'>拿破崙意粉 (附食譜)</title><content type='html'>一直都很喜歡吃意粉屋的拿破崙意粉，上次回香港一個月也吃了兩次，因為實在太好吃了。&lt;br /&gt;沒想到現在可以自己做呢，因為他們公開了食譜，我當然要做做看，味道果然不錯，現在不用等到回香港才有得吃了！！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜來源：　八月四日的明報　（意粉屋示範及食譜提供）&lt;br /&gt;材料：　(1人分量）&lt;br /&gt;洋? 兩股分別名為Ping Pong和Sunset的貓颱風，於上週五正式登陸本廚房。 由於颱風破壞力強勁,導致本廚房的產量嚴重下降，相信情況會持續一陣子,請大家耐心等候。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;他們的主人們去了台灣工作，但兩隻貓則要在這裡多待半年才可以去台灣，所以這段時間就由我們照顧他們了。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;自從上次他們在我們家暫住了一個星期後，就再也沒見過他們，想不到幾個月不見，他們就全身是病 - 椒鹽排骨(跟一碗炒飯和一碗湯). 這個還真好吃,老公還說比我做的好得多了,不過我也不得不甘拜下風!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;小食 - 炸雲吞. 這個也不錯,不過老公不太吃,我差不多吃了全碟,有點膩!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;小籠湯包 - 不錯不錯,皮夠薄但夾起時也不會穿,所以湯汁還在包裡面,很好吃!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;雞肉炒麵 - LA附近都有很多港式西餐,聽說這間JR Cafe蠻好吃的,所以就去試試看.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;果然不錯呢,味道不錯,價錢也不算太貴,普通餐點都是$6-7左右,有海鮮的就貴一點.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;先來個餐飲,還是港式的凍檸茶最合我心意,自己真是調不出這種味道,還是要去餐廳才喝得到.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;主角上場 - 老公點的,名字我都不記得了,這是我亂作的.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;這是我點的,意粉味道不錯,雞扒的皮煎得很脆,我很喜歡,不過豬扒就不大好吃.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;再來是外帶回家的晚餐 - 老公的焗雞扒飯,他說味道不錯,不過稍嫌醬汁太少.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我點的外帶 - 乾燒伊面,這個令我好失望,我不建議大家點這個. 打開盒子就知道不好吃,一點顏色也沒有,肯定不夠味道. 試了一點,果然淡而無味,所以自己稍微加工,加了些蠔油再炒一下,味道才好一點.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;JR Cafe  (中文名: &lt;a href="http://www.ccyp.com/"&gt;華人工商&lt;/a&gt;那裡還叫翠河,但是我去的時候已經改名做百樂了,還好我記下英文名,不然差點找不到呢!)&lt;br /&gt;512 W. type='text'>咖哩魚蛋</title><content type='html'>早前發現RANCH有港式炸魚蛋賣,於是買了一包,打算煮即食麵時加幾粒當配菜吃,方便又好吃.&lt;br /&gt;後來看到魚教煮咖哩魚蛋,立即多買一包,嘗試煮煮看. 結果味道真的很像香港街邊的咖哩魚蛋呢! 很好吃啊!&lt;br /&gt;不過這包魚蛋也蠻貴的(一包有一磅,要$4,香港有這麼貴嗎?還是我不知價??),而且魚蛋的卡路里也蠻高的(幾粒已經有300卡了),所以也不能常吃.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜參考: &lt;a type='text'>肚痛+胃痛=前所未有的痛</title><content type='html'>昨晚就經歷了肚痛+胃痛,真的很痛,痛得我以為要入急診室呢!  看見我痛得死去活來,老公嚇到臉都綠了呢!!&lt;br /&gt;因為我沒有買保險,如果真的入醫院的話,相信我們會破產! 幸好最後都挨得住,不用去醫院,不過今天還是有點痛,都沒有胃口吃東西了!&lt;br /&gt;其實我的腸胃一向都不大好,一星期總有幾天會肚瀉,可是老公跟我吃同樣的東西卻沒事,而胃就每隔幾個月就會痛一次,尤其是吃過肥膩的東西後,就更容易胃痛,不過每次吃些胃藥就會好,所以也不會太擔心.&lt;br /&gt;相信昨晚就是吃了炆五花腩而出事的,但是肚痛的原因就不得而知,因為老公沒事啊!! 不過之前都沒試過兩種痛一起來的,所以這次覺得特別痛,也搞不清楚是哪裡痛?! 總之就是痛!!&lt;br /&gt;還好吃過胃藥之後,胃就好像好了一點,不過還是很痛,再過一陣子,終於也瀉出來了,瀉完之後總算覺得好了點,不用去醫院了!!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' type='text'>中大檸檬批 (附食譜)</title><content type='html'>某天去為食貓論壇看看有甚麼新食譜,竟然看到有人在討論中大檸檬批.  立即想起以前讀中大時,下午茶時間如果還在學校的話,也喜歡跑去吃一件,然後才回家的!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;那個帖子裡有人貼了食譜出來,還說是原創者教授的,我就試試做做看,果然真的有九成像樣,味道亦很好,很滑. 不過因為用粟米片做餅底,所以隔天就已經變"淋"(軟)了,所以做完之後,當天吃了它就最好!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;切件看看&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜來源: &lt;a href="http://www.leisure-cat.com/forum/index.php"&gt;為食貓論壇&lt;/a&gt; (忘了是誰的食譜了,請見諒!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料:&lt;br /&gt;餅底 - 粟米片 120g        糖 65g         牛油 65g&lt;br /&gt;餡(1) - 甜忌廉 450g&lt;br /&gt;餡(2) - 蛋黃 3隻        糖 35g        檸檬 2個&lt;br /&gt;餡(3) - 蛋白 3隻        糖 55g&lt;br /&gt;魚膠水 - 魚膠粉 15g        糖 少許(約1-2茶匙)         熱水 45g&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法:&lt;br /&gt;餅底&lt;br /&gt;1.牛油室溫放軟,用牛油抹批底,用手將粟米片、糖及牛油混合&lt;br /&gt;2..放之舖於批盆中再置於冰格待用 (不用壓實)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;魚膠水&lt;br /&gt;1.將糖加入魚膠粉中攪勻，再加入熱水攪勻, 坐在熱水中待溶至透明&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;餡(1)&lt;br /&gt;1.打發甜忌廉待用&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;餡(2)&lt;br /&gt;1.用手搓壓檸檬使其水份更易被擠出&lt;br /&gt;2.蛋黃加糖及檸檬茸打發至奶白色&lt;br /&gt;3.加入檸檬汁再打勻&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;餡(3)&lt;br /&gt;1.打發蛋白&lt;br /&gt;2.將糖分數次加入，一邊繼續打&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;上個星期有點興致,每一行都徹底搜索了一下,去到雪櫃那行,終於有所發現,看到Haagen-Dazs的新產品(也不知是不是新產品,可能是之前沒有留意,看到特價,眼睛才看得到它) - Sorbet,正好特價,於是趕快買了來試試.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我買了朱古力味,味道不錯,不會太甜,我覺得質感跟雪糕差不多,不過卡路里就低很多,減肥而又想吃甜食的話,這是個不錯的選擇. type='text'>Arby's</title><content type='html'>在美國這裡有很多漢堡飽店,最好吃的當然是&lt;a href="http://www.wretch.cc/blog/tissuewan&amp;article_id=2973957"&gt;In-n-Out&lt;/a&gt;啦!&lt;br /&gt;不過偶然也應該試試別的,給個機會人家,也讓自己試試新口味嘛!&lt;br /&gt;這次就選擇了Arby's,因為我們收到它的傳單,正在做特價,覺得蠻吸引的,所以就去試試看囉!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;試了兩款飽,一款雞肉($5兩個),一款牛肉($5三個),我和老公都覺得牛肉包比較好吃,可能我們都不大喜歡吃雞胸肉吧!&lt;br /&gt;我們還叫了Curly Fries,這個很好吃,回到家之前已經吃完了,所以沒有拍照.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;由於外買回家吃,飽飽經過一程車的洗禮,變得扁扁的,但其實很好吃,吃厭了In-n-out的話,吃吃這個也不錯!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; type='text'>芝士火腿卷 (附食譜)</title><content type='html'>這個是看這裡的烹飪雜誌學的,老公說他曾在學校的Party吃過,很好吃,他看到後就叫我做給他吃,我看材料和做法也很簡單,所以就做給他吃囉!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜來源: 美國烹飪雜誌&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;材料:&lt;br /&gt;Cream Cheese 2盒 (每盒225g)&lt;br /&gt;Ranch Salad Dressing Mix 1包 (1oz) (不知香港有沒有得賣.)&lt;br /&gt;蔥 3條  &lt;br /&gt;Flour Tortillas(8吋) 8塊   (就是家鄉雞的雞卷,外面那塊皮,也是不知香港有沒有得賣.)&lt;br /&gt;火腿 16塊&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法:&lt;br /&gt;1. Cream Cheese放軟,加Salad Dressing Mix拌勻至軟滑.&lt;br /&gt;2. 加入切碎的蔥,再拌勻.&lt;br /&gt;3. 將大約3湯匙的Cream Cheese塗勻在一塊Tortillas上,然後放兩塊火腿在上面. 其餘做法一樣.&lt;br /&gt;4. 將Tortillas捲起(好像捲壽司那樣捲),再用保鮮紙包好,放雪櫃一個鐘左右至硬.&lt;br type='text'>吞拿魚沙律三文治</title><content type='html'>因為世界盃的關係,我們與闊別多時的早餐重逢了! 第一場8點就開賽,起床真的有點困難!&lt;br /&gt;為了爭取時間,所以之前一晚就預先做好吞拿魚沙律,起床後只要加在麵包上即可,幾分鐘就完成這個早餐,勁!!&lt;br type='text'>牛油酥餅</title><content type='html'>我很喜歡吃walkers的Scottish Shortbread,小學的時候就已經開始吃. &lt;br /&gt;還記得我們小時候,香港還有天祥(英式百貨公司,就像現在的馬莎一樣),爸媽帶我們出尖沙嘴時,就一定會要求買這個餅乾,我跟我弟都會爭吃,實在太好吃了! 不過天祥結業之後,就找不到其他地方有賣了,所以有一段時間沒有吃. 後來超市開始有賣,不過我覺得有點貴,所以只有很想吃的時候才會買來吃.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;其實之前也做過一次牛油酥餅,不過那次不太像樣,後來在saufood看到這個改良過的食譜,就決定試試看. 果真很好味道,很香牛油味,真的有幾分像walkers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食譜來源: type='text'>朱古力雪芳蛋糕</title><content type='html'>大成功!! 我終於都成功做到第一個雪芳蛋糕啦!! 焗之前的心情很緊張呢,生怕又會失敗,焗完之後看到外型之後已經很開心,我相信是成功了,到放涼後切開來看,就知道是大成功了,沒有沉澱,蛋糕也蠻鬆軟的,好開心啊!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我用的食譜是做8吋的蛋糕,所以我將麵糊分做一個7吋和一個4吋中空模的蛋糕. &lt;br /&gt;另外,我用了朱古力奶加70%cocoa的朱古力來做的,所以有很濃的朱古力味呢!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;同場加映 - 4吋迷你蛋糕.  這個中空模是在marukai的99cents店買的,看見它小小的,忍不住又買了,真敗家!!&lt;div type='text'>NBA和世界盃</title><content type='html'>好忙好忙! 這個星期將會好忙,忙於看電視,早上要看世界盃,晚上則要看NBA Final.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我一向都喜歡看NBA,早於中學時期就開始看,因為我最愛看公牛時期的Michael Jordan,直至Jordan退休後,就不太熱切了,加上又要上班,所以幾乎都沒看. 到Kobe Bryant出現,才又開始再看,不過近兩年Kobe都打得不怎麼樣,實在令人失望! 而且Shaq O'Neal離去後,Lakers的看頭就更少了! &lt;br /&gt;現在對於NBA都沒有太大的喜好,不過電視有播就看看吧,而且是Final,始終都是值得看的. 這次我會支持Miami Heat,因為我喜歡O'Neal,我時常都覺得O'Neal好像麥當勞的"滑嘟嘟",好得意!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;至於世界盃,其實我一向都沒有看的,因為我覺得足球是一種很悶的運動,經常90分鐘的賽事都是零比零收場,實在悶得可以! 但自從碧咸出現之後,足球明星就一窩蜂出現,幾乎每個國家都會有一兩個足球明星,而且很多球星都是"睇得又打得",令到足球也變得比較好看. type='text'>突破一萬人次</title><content type='html'>不經不覺我寫BLOG已經寫了差不多半年了,而參觀的人次亦已經突破一萬了,很開心啊!! 謝謝大家棒場!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;當初寫這個BLOG是為了香港的親戚朋友們,他們常常都問我們在美國都做些甚麼的,老公就當然是讀書啦,我就負責煮飯,但當他們問我煮甚麼時,我就頓時語塞了,因為霎時間我也說不上來,所以自從一月從香港回來之後,我就決定開始寫BLOG啦,記錄我家廚房出了甚麼菜,一些生活的點滴. 那下次我們回香港時,他們就不會再問我們在這裡做甚麼了!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type='text'>自來貓</title><content type='html'>廚房這陣子一直出菜,是時候要休息一下,又來談談我最喜愛的貓貓.&lt;br /&gt;這次不講Ping Pong了,講講我家的自來貓. 我們住的是學校宿舍,規定不准養狗,但是可以養貓,所以很多人也有養貓貓,而貓貓的主人又往往喜歡讓貓貓自己外出散步,所以我家常常有貓貓到訪的.&lt;br /&gt;主要會有兩隻貓貓常來的,只要我們開門,他們都會走進來逛逛的,巡了一圈,周圍聞一下,就會離開,好有趣喔!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;全黑的貓貓,我常常覺得黑貓好神秘的,牠很高傲的,連貓咪最愛的零食也不屑吃呢! 不知牠平時在家吃甚麼的呢?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='text'>菠菜批</title><content type='html'>那個CPK Pizza太小了,當然不夠我們倆個人吃啦,所以我還另外做了個菠菜批.&lt;br /&gt;上次做叉燒酥的時候,還用剩很多Fillo Pastry,所以就找些可以用Fillo Pastry做的菜式,終於就在網上找到這個食譜.&lt;br /&gt;我覺得還蠻容易做的,味道也不錯.
